Products are non-returnable once they are opened
Returns are processed after inspection within 2-3 business days and may arrive after 5 to 6 days at the
delivery or mentioned address. For eligibility of return, only in case of defect or wrong order, contact us on the
customer care email ID within 48 hours after receiving the order
We also encourage you to retain the original packet that requires returning to us. We will replace the
damaged or wrong order with the new or desired product within few days after query. However, we ensure
the price of return product matches with the replaced product. If the product is not received in stipulated time
then please contact our customer care email. Return is applicable only at company’s discretions
We reserve the right to reject your order for any reasons including but not limited to unavailability of product,
price or description change of the product or unavailability of the courier service in your area.
As our products are in seal pack and some are in essentials items category such as masks, hence to maintain
the stability and hygiene, refund is not applicable on any order.
In case of unsuccessful purchase, if the amount is deducted from your account, kindly wait for 5 days for the amount to reflect in your account. We request you to contact us on email@example.com in case of any query.
You can cancel the order before order gets shipped. In case, your placed order is wrong, product, flavor or
quantity, the order can be cancelled before it is shipped, once it is shipped, regrettably it cannot be cancelled.
Contact us on our customer care email for the cancellation before the order is shipped.
After the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect
within 5 working days. The amount will be refunded via the refund method originally selected.
