Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time and delivery estimates:

All orders are processed within 1to 2 business day once the orders are received. Your order will take up to 4 to 5 days to arrive. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to pandemic or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow few more days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates:

Free shipping on purchase above 499 with free Panmasala pack of 20 pouches. RTO and DTO charges will be bore entirely by the customers. Refund is not applicable once products are shipped. Delivery charges will be at actual price.

Shipment restrictions according to pin code:

It is our honest efforts to provide service in as many as possible places within India, but due to technical issues we will not be able to provide in some places. Consumer can find out if the place is eligible for delivery through pin code while checking out.

Shipment tracking and confirmation:

You will receive confirmation email once the order is processed on your registered email Id which will contain tracking Id for checking the status of the package.

Damage during transit, customs, duties and taxes:

www.ufirst.co.in shall not be liable to any additional taxes, duties on the product applied to your orders. Any damage caused during transit please contact us on our customer care number. Also we suggest you to retain damaged product with its outer pack for return.

International orders:

Presently we are not accepting international orders from www.ufirst.co.in
